If you are not completely satisfied with your first order, you may request a refund within 90 days of receiving your order, even if the product has been opened and used.

Important Conditions

  • The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to your first order only.

  • If you place a second order before requesting a refund on your first order, the original order immediately becomes subject to our Standard 30-Day Returns Policy and the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is voided.

  • All second and subsequent orders are covered by our Standard 30-Day Returns Policy only.

  • The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is limited to one order per customer.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds where there is evidence of abuse of the guarantee or excessive usage inconsistent with normal personal use.

Standard 30-Day Returns Policy

For all orders placed after your first order, returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery and only in the following circumstances:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • The product remains unopened, unused, and in a resaleable condition.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your refund request or return has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
